You can contact the responsible inspecting authority with a complaint at anytime. The responsible inspecting authority depends on the state of your residence, of your business or the alleged violation. Purpose of the Data Processing by the Responsible Department and Third Parties
We only use individual related personal data for the purposes as mentioned within this privacy notice, not for transfer of your personal data to third parties or further purposes. We only provide third parties with your personal data if:
1.       you have given us your explicit permission
2.       the processing is necessary in order to fulfill a negotiated contract,
3.       the processing is necessary in order to fulfill legal requirements,
the processing is necessary in view of the protection of interests and there is no reason to assume that you have a predominant interest requiring protection on the nonproliferation of your data.
Deletion and Suspension of Data
We adhere to the elementary laws of data prevention and data economy. Record of general information during the visit on our website

When you access our website, information of general kind will be automatically captured via cookies. The Use of Google Analytics

The Use of Script Libraries (Google Webfonts)
To represent our contents correctly and graphically appealing cross- browser, we use script libraries and font libraries, like Google Webfonts (https://www.google.com/webfonts/), on our website. Google Webfonts will be transferred to the cache of your browser to avoid multiple downloading. If the browser does not support Google Webfonts or disables the access, the contents will be displayed in default font.
The request of script libraries or font libraries automatically initiates a connection to the operator of the library. Hereby it is theoretically possible –at this time unclear whether and if applicable for which purposes- that operators of the relevant libraries may collect data.

The Use of Adobe Typekit
We use Adobe Typekit for the visual presentation of our website. Typekit is a service of Adobe Systems Software Ireland Ltd. which enables us the access to a font library. For the integration of the fonts used by us, your browser needs to establish a connection to a server of Adobe in the USA and download the font required for our website. The Use of Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API to illustrate geographical information visually. By the use of Google Maps, Google collects, processes and uses data of the users with respect to the use of map functions.  Google AdWords
Our website uses Google Conversion-Tracking. If you have been directed to our website by an advertisement placed on Google, a cookie will be set on your computer by Google Adwords. The cookie for Conversion-Tracking will be set if a user clicks on an advertisement placed on Goggle. The validity of these cookies will expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If the user visits particular pages of our website while the cookie is still valid, we as well as Google can recognize that the user has clicked on an advertisement and has been directed to the website. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Cookies cannot be traced by other AdWords customers via the websites. The information obtained by the help of the Conversion-Cookies will be used to generate Conversion-Statistics for AdWords customers who chose the Conversion-Tracking. The customers will be informed of the total number of users which clicked on the advertisement and have been directed to a website with a Conversion-Tracking-Tag. They don’t receive information which allow to personally identify a user.
If you do not want to participate in the tracking, you can refuse the necessary setting of a cookie, for example via your browser settings which can generally deactivate the automatic setting of cookies, or you can set your browser in that kind, that cookies from the domain „googleleadservices.com“ will be blocked.
Please be advised that you should not delete Opt-out-Cookies if you do not wish measurement data to be recorded. In case you have deleted all cookies in your browser, you have to set the particular opt-out cookie again.
Changes of our Data Protection Regulations
We reserve our right to change our privacy policy to always meet the current legal requirements or to implement changes of our services within our privacy policy, like the adoption of new services. In case of a new visit, the new privacy policy applies.
